How it works
Six weeks with the same group of Bay Area women — long enough to see which connections might grow.
01
Come together virtually each week for a relaxed, facilitated conversation about the real experience of adult friendship.
02
Spend time talking with a thoughtfully selected woman from the Circle — so you can actually get to know each other.
03
Meet again for a simple friendship date around the Bay Area: coffee, a walk, lunch, music, or something else you both enjoy.
What we talk about
These themes are still taking shape. We'll confirm the final six with your cohort before week one — so if something here matters more to you than something else, you'll get a say.
Week 1
Clarifying what you're looking for now, what feels meaningful, and what “good friendship” actually looks like in this season of life.
Week 2
Friendship usually needs repeated contact, time, and a little patience — not instant chemistry or pressure to know right away.
Week 3
How friendships actually move forward: reaching out, making the next plan, reciprocating, and turning a pleasant meeting into another one.
Week 4
Understanding your own patterns around closeness, initiative, frequency, availability, social energy, and what helps connection feel sustainable.
Week 5
Moving beyond surface conversation naturally — curiosity, listening, sharing more of yourself, and allowing trust to build without forcing vulnerability.
Week 6
Not every connection needs to become a close friendship. Recognizing what has potential, investing where there's reciprocity, and tending a fuller “garden” of different kinds of friendship.
Peer-led and experiential. Not therapy, not coaching.
The trade
The weekly day and time are chosen by the cohort — we'll poll members once the Circle is selected, most likely a weekday between noon and 5pm.
That's it. You don't need to click with everyone, share anything that feels too personal, or have friendship figured out before you arrive.
